Q Will my windows look “as good as new” after they are serviced?

A The window glass will look much better with the water removed. How ever we cannot eliminate all signs of age. The glass may have some water spots caused by outside weather. We will, however, point out, to you any likely residue of mineral deposits that will be left inside the unit when we are finished.

Q How much inconvenience will I experience while my windows are being serviced?

A The on-site repair is done without removing the glass. There is usually no dust or mess, as almost all of our work is done on the exterior of the unit. If we do need to work from the inside we will need access to the window.
