These are the only Patents which actually repair and prevent water damage inbetween thermal or double
glazed window units.

The other companies out there, all originate from a licence which was negotiated, but never paid for in 2002/3 which divulged some of this technology. No money was ever paid to purchase said Patents.

Here is the list of tested real patents. They are listed in the Canadian Patent Office data base, under Stephen Collins or by number.

In 2004 the equivelent Patents were applied for in 122 Countries under the TCP application process. The U.S. Patent Office has finished Its approval and will be publishing U.S. Patent Numbers shortly. The British CommonWealth courntries will be doing the same as well.
