Warranty Certificate

1. A complete refund of the sum of money paid by the client for serving the particular window which did not become free of visible water or water droplets.

2. A replacement window glass, if breakage should occur during the service procedure. (commercial and tempered glass units are excluded)

3. A new micro filter, if water droplets appear inside the thermal-glass unit during the five year warranty period from date of invoice.

Proof of Warranty:
The customer must have a Defogger’s invoice dated within five years and the thermal-glass unit must have the original Defogger’s filter attached. The warranty is void if the filter has been removed or tampered with.
