How It Works

The window repair is done on-site  without removing the glass. There is no dust or mess, and most of the work is done on the exterior. If we do need to work from the inside, it is to get access to the window. The repair requires the installation of a micro venture filter on the surface of the glass over a  3 mm hole. This filter is discreetly positioned in the corned of the window. The window glass will look much better with the water removed.
A thermal pane window behaves like a miniature greenhouse. Air between the glass expands and contracts with temperature and sunlight. This slowly pumps air in and out of your windows. The glue/seal is semi-permeable so they are not actually hermetically sealed. The window manufacturers put water absorbing desiccant pellets in the rim of the window to stop moisture. The problem is that the pellets stop working after a few years. These pellets have a set working life. When they stop working, water shows up between your windows. The patented process and micro filters re-balance the windows so that more water exits than returns. This dries put the desiccant pellets and permanently solves the problem, restoring the insulating value.
